Information on television fee > eInvoice or direct debit

Direct debit or eInvoice bring convenience to television fee payers

Direct debit payments or eInvoice make it easier for you to pay your television fees. Both payment methods save you from banking charges.

eInvoice grows in popularity

Electronic invoice is a modern and increasingly more popular payment method. Anyone who has online banking codes can begin using eInvoicing.

Contact your own online bank in order to move to eInvoicing. FICORA will be informed of it electronically. In the future, we will send your invoice directly to the online bank where you will accept the invoice transaction.

Direct debit is a convenient payment method

About 35 percent of television fees are paid by direct debit. It requires that a power of attorney is filled in at the bank office or online bank. The bank will then send the information in the power of attorney to FICORA.

The customer will receive advance notice of the direct debit. The sum will be debited from the account on the due date and a separate receipt will not be sent to the customer.

It is also possible to choose paperless direct debit. Then, the customer will not be sent advance notice, but the customer can review the invoice information via an online banking service.

Electronic invoice for companies

Companies can pay their television fees by using an eInvoice for companies, which is based on Finvoice, jointly developed by banks. The electronic invoice for companies replaces paper invoices and is suitable for companies of all sizes.
