How do I notify of changes?

If you have submitted your identity number, there is no need to notify of address or name changes. They will automatically be updated from the population information system.

Notify FICORA, if

  • address change is temporary;
  • invoice address will change;
  • the location of the television set is different from the invoice address;
  • you no longer use the television set

You can notify of these changes

  • via an online form;
  • by calling to our customer service tel. 09 613 161;
  • by using forms available from post offices.

You are obliged to pay the television fee until the day FICORA receives the information that you have stopped using your television set.

If you have paid for a longer period than what you have used the television set, the unused period can be compensated. However, 5 (five) euros will be deducted for refund expenses. The compensation can also be left to wait for a new television fee or it can be compensated for the benefit of another television fee.
